  • Symptoms: While many individuals may not experience noticeable symptoms, some may report headaches, shortness of breath, or nosebleeds.
  • Causes: Factors contributing to hypertension include obesity, lack of physical activity, excessive alcohol intake, and poor diet.
  • Diagnosis: Blood pressure readings are taken at different times to confirm a diagnosis. Additional tests may be conducted to determine underlying causes.
  • Treatment: Lifestyle modifications such as a balanced diet, regular exercise, and stress management techniques are essential. In some cases, medication may be prescribed.
  • What to Expect: With consistent monitoring and commitment to treatment plans, many patients can achieve their target blood pressure levels.

If you suspect that you have hypertension or are at risk, early intervention and management can significantly improve your health outcomes.
